📟 Gecko TSC-8-10K-GE1 Electronic Keypad with Overlay (0201-007153) — 10-Button LCD Spa Side Control for 3-Pump M-CLASS Systems with Filter and Economy Mode Buttons

Genuine Gecko Alliance OEM 10-button LCD keypad — premium 3-pump bundled kit for Gecko M-CLASS spa control architectures. 8-Pin JST connector, 10-foot cable, included overlay 9916-100723 with dedicated Power, Filter, and Economy Mode buttons for the most comprehensive direct-button M-CLASS keypad available.

📋 Product Overview

The Gecko Alliance TSC-8-10K-GE1 with overlay (part number 0201-007153) is the manufacturer’s 10-button 3-pump primary keypad bundled kit for Gecko’s M-CLASS spa control systems — the most comprehensive direct-button M-CLASS keypad in Gecko’s lineup. Also marketed as TSC-8-10K, K-8 (10-button variant), and BDLTSC810K in Gecko’s bundle catalog, this is the 10-button sibling to the 8-button TSC-8 (0200-007194) — same physical body, but with two additional buttons for Pump 3 and Economy Mode to support premium 3-pump spa configurations with comprehensive direct-button operation.

The TSC-8-10K’s defining UX feature is its complete 10-button layout with dedicated buttons for every primary spa function: On/Off (Power) / Pump 1 / Pump 2 / Light / Up / Economy / Pump 3 / Blower / Filter / Down. Unlike most keypads that require menu navigation for Economy mode, filter scheduling, or 3rd pump activation, the TSC-8-10K provides direct one-press access to all of these — making it the ideal choice for premium 3-pump spas where users want immediate tactile control over every accessory. The 7″ × 3-1/4″ rectangular form factor with rounded sides shares its physical body with the TSC-4, TSC-4-10K, and TSC-8 siblings, simplifying cabinet replacement when upgrading from older Gecko M-CLASS service panels.

This 0201-007153 listing connects through an 8-pin JST plug with 10-foot cable to Gecko M-CLASS spa packs. Compatible Gecko M-CLASS circuit boards include 0201-300045, 0201-300014, and 3-74-7036. The bundle includes the standard overlay (Gecko 9916-100723) ready for installation. The TSC-8-10K-GE1 consolidates multiple older Gecko service references including 3-00-7068, 301776, 9735-260, and BDLTSC810K. Used as a direct replacement for the proprietary Barefoot/Hawkeye Spas K-16 topside (3-00-7208) and as a generic replacement for Spa Builders 10-button control panels, plus also documented compatibility with Astrel Easy Nova, Easy Mini, and Mini Plus spa systems (10-button version). Important: This is NOT a modern Gecko in.Link keypad — it’s the older M-CLASS architecture with 8-pin JST connector. Verify your spa’s control system before ordering. Genuine Gecko Alliance OEM, manufacturer warranty.

🔄 Compatibility Guide

This Keypad is Compatible With:

Spa Pack Family	Models
Gecko M-CLASS	All M-CLASS spa pack variants
Astrel Spa Systems	Easy Nova, Easy Mini, Mini Plus (10-button version)

📌 Critical: The TSC-8-10K uses Gecko’s older M-CLASS architecture with 8-pin JST connector — completely separate from the modern Gecko in.Link Y-Series and X-Series ecosystems used by current keypads (in.k200, in.k300, in.k450, in.k500, in.k600, in.k800, in.k1000) and from the Gecko SSPA architecture used in newer Dimension One @Home spas. If your spa uses the M-CLASS control system with 8-pin JST connection, this is your factory-equivalent keypad for premium 3-pump configurations.

Compatible Gecko M-CLASS Circuit Boards:

The TSC-8-10K works with the following Gecko M-CLASS spa pack circuit boards:

Circuit Board	Notes
0201-300045	Standard M-CLASS spa pack
0201-300014	M-CLASS spa pack variant
3-74-7036	M-CLASS spa pack cross-reference

• ✅ Barefoot Spas / Hawkeye Spas — Direct replacement for proprietary K-16 topside (3-00-7208)
• ✅ Astrel Easy Nova, Easy Mini, Mini Plus — 10-button version compatibility
• ✅ Spa Builders / SpaBuilders private-label installations — Generic 10-button control panel replacement
• ✅ Many other premium spa brands using Gecko M-CLASS control systems with 3-pump configurations

Replaces These Older Part Numbers:

The TSC-8-10K-GE1 (0201-007153) is the modern current-production replacement for several older Gecko service SKUs and OEM cross-references:

• ✅ 0201-007153 (current Gecko Alliance manufacturer bundle SKU — this listing)
• ✅ 3-00-7068 (alternate distributor cross-reference)
• ✅ 301776 (alternate distributor reference)
• ✅ 9735-260 (alternate distributor reference)

Companion Keypad Variants:

TSC-14	(older — replaced)	—	—	Predecessor
TSC-35-GE1	0202-007143	6	—	S-CLASS variant — different ecosystem

📌 Within the M-CLASS family, the TSC-8-10K-GE1 (this listing) and TSC-4-10K-GE1 (0201-007044) are both 10-button 3-pump variants but with different button layouts:

• TSC-8-10K (this listing) — On/Off, Pump 1, Pump 2, Light, Up, Economy, Pump 3, Blower, Filter, Down
• TSC-4-10K (0201-007044) — Pump 3, Pump 1, Pump 2, Blower, Light, Clock, Economy, Filter, Up, Down (note: has Clock instead of On/Off)

Match your replacement to your existing button layout if possible.

NOT Compatible With:

• ❌ Modern Gecko in.Link Y-Series ecosystems (in.yj, in.ye, in.yt) — Different connector entirely
• ❌ Modern Gecko in.Link X-Series ecosystems (in.xe, in.xm, in.xm2) — Different connector entirely
• ❌ Gecko SSPA controllers (used on Dimension One Spas with 01560-XXX panels) — Different connector
• ❌ Gecko MSPA-1 / MSPA-MP (used on vintage D1 spas with TSC-24) — Different architecture and connectors (4-pin + 6-pin)
• ❌ Gecko S-CLASS systems — Different ecosystem (use TSC-35 or appropriate S-CLASS keypad)
• ❌ Balboa spa pack systems — Different ecosystem entirely (RJ45/Molex connectors)
• ❌ HydroQuip, ACC, or non-Gecko control systems — Different connectors and protocols
• ❌ Pneumatic / air-button (Tecmark Command Center, EasyPak) systems

⚠️ Compatibility Verification: The TSC-8-10K-GE1 uses a specific 8-pin JST plug designed for M-CLASS spa pack ports. If your existing keypad has an in.Link connector, RJ45 (Ethernet-style) plug, Molex connector, 4-pin or 6-pin connector, or 8-pin white flat plug, your spa pack is NOT compatible with this TSC-8-10K-GE1.

How to Verify Compatibility:

📍 Open your spa cabinet and locate the spa pack — look for a Gecko Alliance label and confirm it’s an M-CLASS model 📍 Check that your existing keypad cable has an 8-Pin JST plug (NOT in.Link, NOT RJ45, NOT Molex) 📍 Compare your existing keypad’s circuit board number to the compatible list (0201-300045, 0201-300014, 3-74-7036) 📍 Compare your old keypad dimensions to 7″ × 3-1/4″ with cutout 157 × 65 mm 📍 Verify your old keypad has 10 buttons with the layout: On/Off, Pump 1, Pump 2, Light, Up, Economy, Pump 3, Blower, Filter, Down 📍 Look for any of the older part numbers (3-00-7068, 301776, 9735-260, BDLTSC810K) on your existing keypad 📍 Barefoot Spas / Hawkeye Spas owners — check for proprietary 3-00-7208 K-16 topside (this is the direct replacement) 📍 Astrel Easy Nova / Easy Mini / Mini Plus owners — confirm 10-button version compatibility 📍 If you have a 2-pump spa instead of 3-pump, the 8-button TSC-8 (0200-007194) is a more appropriate option 📍 If your existing keypad has the Mode button instead of On/Off as the first button, you may have the TSC-4-10K (0201-007044) instead — verify before ordering 📍 Contact Parts4Tubs with your spa pack model number and circuit board number if you’re unsure

🔘 Button Functions & Display

The TSC-8-10K-GE1 has 10 physical buttons. The included overlay (Gecko 9916-100723) provides this layout:

10-Button Standard Layout (Overlay 9916-100723):

Button	Function
On/Off (Power)	System power state — direct control of main power
Pump 1	Jet pump 1 on/off (and 2-speed cycle if applicable)
Pump 2	Jet pump 2 on/off (and 2-speed cycle if applicable)
Light	Spa light on/off
Up (Temp+)	Increase set water temperature
Economy	Toggle Economy Mode (energy savings)
Pump 3	Jet pump 3 on/off (premium 3-pump configurations)
Blower	Spa blower on/off
Filter	Direct access to filtration cycle programming
Down (Temp-)	Decrease set water temperature

📌 The TSC-8-10K’s defining UX feature is the most comprehensive direct-button M-CLASS keypad layout: dedicated buttons for ALL primary functions including Power state, three pumps, blower, light, both temperature directions, AND Economy and Filter modes. No menu navigation required for any primary function — every operation is a single button press.

LCD Display:

The TSC-8-10K’s LCD display shows:

Display Element	Shows
Temperature digits	Current and set water temperature
Pump 1, Pump 2, Pump 3 indicators	Active state for each jet pump (visible simultaneously)
Blower indicator	Spa blower active state
Light state	Spa light on/off
Heater state	Heater energized status
Filter cycle	Filtration scheduling status
Economy Mode indicator	Economy Mode active state
Power state	System power on/standby
Error codes	Diagnostic codes from the M-CLASS spa pack

Button Group Organization:

The 10-button layout is physically arranged with 8 buttons on the left side of the display and Up and Down buttons on the right side:

• Left group (top to bottom): On/Off, Pump 1, Pump 2, Light, Economy, Pump 3, Blower, Filter
• Right group: Up (Temp+), Down (Temp-)

This layout puts all the primary pump and accessory controls in one column for ease of operation, with temperature adjustment isolated on the right.

Filtration Cycle Programming:

The TSC-8-10K’s dedicated Filter button provides direct access to filtration cycle programming — set daily filter cycle start time, configure cycle duration, trigger manual on-demand filter cycles. This is more accessible than keypads requiring multi-button programming sequences for filter configuration.

Economy Mode:

The dedicated Economy button provides one-press toggle of Economy Mode — reduces energy consumption when the spa isn’t actively in use (lower temperature setpoint, restricted heating cycles). Essential for households focused on operating cost reduction.

🛠️ Installation Guide

Before Installation:

• ⚠️ Disconnect power at the GFCI breaker before any work
• ⚠️ Confirm your spa pack is a Gecko M-CLASS system with one of the compatible circuit boards (0201-300045, 0201-300014, 3-74-7036)
• ⚠️ Verify the 10-foot cable will reach from the keypad cutout to the spa pack
• ⚠️ Verify the existing connector is 8-Pin JST plug (NOT in.Link, NOT RJ45, NOT Molex)
• ⚠️ Confirm your spa shell cutout accommodates a 7″ × 3-1/4″ rectangular keypad (157 × 65 mm cutout)
• ⚠️ Confirm your spa configuration matches: 3 pumps + blower (or fewer with unused buttons)

Installation Steps:

1. Power Down — Turn off all power to your hot tub at the GFCI / disconnect (safety first)
2. Open the spa cabinet and locate the 8-pin JST cable on the M-CLASS spa pack
3. Disconnect the old keypad cable from the spa pack’s keypad port
4. Remove the old keypad from the spa shell cutout
5. Prepare the Surface — Clean the mounting area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and allow it to dry completely
6. Apply the included overlay (9916-100723) to the keypad face — align carefully over the 10 button positions and LCD display window
7. Route the new cable through the cabinet to the spa pack
8. Plug the new 8-pin JST connector into the spa pack’s keypad port
9. Apply silicone sealant around the keypad edge if recommended by your spa manufacturer
10. Mount the new keypad in the spa shell cutout — press firmly into place
11. Restore power at the breaker
12. Test all functions — All 10 buttons (On/Off, Pump 1, Pump 2, Light, Up, Economy, Pump 3, Blower, Filter, Down); verify LCD display lights up clearly with temperature and indicators operating; confirm all spa functions activate

Mounting:

Requirement	Specification
Panel size	7″ × 3-1/4″ (rectangle)
Cutout size	6-3/16″ × 2-9/16″ (157 × 65 mm)
Mounting type	Drop-in / surface-mounted with sealant

📌 If your spa shell has a different cutout size, the Gecko universal adapter plate 9917-102122 is compatible with the TSC-4, TSC-8, TSC-19, and TSC-35 keypad family — useful for spa shell modifications.

⚠️ Professional installation by a competent individual or tradesman trained in spa equipment is recommended. All work must comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes. Topside controls cannot be returned once opened or installed — verify fitment before opening packaging.

⚡ Wiring & Connection

Connector Information:

Specification	Detail
Connector Type	8-Pin JST Plug (flat 8-pin plug, M-CLASS-specific)
Cable Length	10 ft (~3 m)
System Voltage	Low-voltage signal — works with both 120V and 240V M-CLASS spa pack configurations

Connection Location:

Plugs into the 8-pin JST keypad port on Gecko M-CLASS spa packs.
The connector is specific to M-CLASS architecture and is NOT
interchangeable with modern Gecko in.Link, RJ45, or Molex connectors.
Compatible M-CLASS circuit boards: 0201-300045, 0201-300014, 3-74-7036.

⚠️ Never force the connector. The 8-pin JST plug should slide in cleanly. If it doesn’t fit, your spa pack may use the modern in.Link connector (use a Y-Series/X-Series keypad), be a Balboa system (RJ45/Molex), be a Dimension One @Home/SSPA system (different JST 8-Pin variant — use 01560-345), or use vintage D1 MSPA architecture (4-pin + 6-pin — use TSC-24 / 01580-0001) — verify before proceeding.

🤔 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is the overlay included? A: Yes — this 0201-007153 listing is the bundled kit with both the TSC-8-10K keypad AND the standard 10-button overlay (Gecko 9916-100723) included. The overlay shows: On/Off (Power) / Pump 1 / Pump 2 / Light / Up / Economy / Pump 3 / Blower / Filter / Down. Ready to install out-of-the-box.

Q: How is the TSC-8-10K different from the TSC-8 (8-button)? A: They share the same body, connector, and M-CLASS architecture, but differ in pump capacity and button complement:

• TSC-8 (0200-007194) — 8 buttons, 2-pump configuration: Pump 1, Pump 2, Blower, Light, Power, Filter, Temp+, Temp-. Includes TWO overlays (M-CLASS + S-CLASS for cross-architecture flexibility)
• TSC-8-10K (this listing — 0201-007153) — 10 buttons, 3-pump configuration: On/Off, Pump 1, Pump 2, Light, Up, Economy, Pump 3, Blower, Filter, Down. Includes single M-CLASS overlay (9916-100723)

If your spa has 3 pumps, choose the TSC-8-10K (this listing). If your spa has 2 pumps, the TSC-8 is more cost-effective. The TSC-8-10K adds dedicated Pump 3 and Economy Mode buttons to the 8-button layout.

Q: How is the TSC-8-10K different from the TSC-4-10K? A: Both are 10-button 3-pump M-CLASS keypads with the same physical body and connector, but with different button layouts:

• TSC-8-10K (this listing — 0201-007153) — On/Off / Pump 1 / Pump 2 / Light / Up / Economy / Pump 3 / Blower / Filter / Down
• TSC-4-10K (0201-007044) — Pump 3 / Pump 1 / Pump 2 / Blower / Light / Clock / Economy / Filter / Up / Down (note: has Clock instead of On/Off)

The TSC-8-10K has a dedicated On/Off Power button; the TSC-4-10K has a dedicated Clock button (similar to the TSC-4 family). Match your replacement to your existing button layout if possible — the keypads are not interchangeable for direct one-to-one replacement (different overlays, different button positioning).

Q: What is “M-CLASS”? A: M-CLASS is one of Gecko Alliance’s older spa pack control architectures — predecessor to the modern Gecko in.Link Y-Series and X-Series ecosystems. M-CLASS keypads (TSC-4, TSC-4-10K, TSC-8, TSC-8-10K, TSC-14, TSC-21) use the 8-pin JST connector and were widely used on premium spas in the late 1990s through the 2000s. If your spa is from this era and uses the 8-pin JST connection, this TSC-8-10K is the right keypad for premium 3-pump configurations.

Q: How is the TSC-8-10K different from modern Gecko in.Link keypads (in.k200, in.k300, etc.)? A: They’re for completely different Gecko ecosystems:

• TSC-8-10K (this listing) — Gecko M-CLASS architecture, 8-pin JST connector, older ecosystem with all-direct-button operation
• Modern in.Link keypads — Gecko Y-Series / X-Series ecosystems, in.Link connector, modern features (color displays, touchscreens, etc.)

The two ecosystems are NOT interchangeable. Verify your spa’s spa pack architecture and connector type before ordering.

Q: My old keypad part says 3-00-7068, 301776, 9735-260, or BDLTSC810K — is this the same? A: Yes — all of these are alternate references for the TSC-8-10K-GE1:

• 3-00-7068 = alternate distributor cross-reference
• 301776 = alternate distributor reference
• 9735-260 = alternate distributor reference
• BDLTSC810K = former Gecko bundle reference

The 0201-007153 (this listing) is the modern current-production version.

Q: My Barefoot Spa or Hawkeye Spa has a proprietary K-16 (3-00-7208) topside — can this replace it? A: Yes — the TSC-8-10K-GE1 (0201-007153) can be used as a replacement option for the proprietary Barefoot/Hawkeye Spas K-16 (3-00-7208) topside control. Owners with the original K-16 topside can use this Gecko-branded equivalent as an aftermarket replacement.

Q: My spa is an Astrel Easy Nova / Easy Mini / Mini Plus — will this work? A: Yes — the TSC-8-10K-GE1 is documented as compatible with Astrel Easy Nova, Easy Mini, and Mini Plus spa systems (10-button version). These European spa systems use Gecko M-CLASS-compatible controls.

Q: What are the compatible M-CLASS circuit boards? A: The TSC-8-10K works with these Gecko M-CLASS spa pack circuit boards:

• 0201-300045 (M-CLASS standard)
• 0201-300014 (M-CLASS variant)
• 3-74-7036 (M-CLASS cross-reference)

If your spa pack has one of these circuit board numbers stamped on it, the TSC-8-10K is compatible.

Q: What is the Economy button for? A: The dedicated Economy button provides one-press toggle of Economy Mode — reduces energy consumption when the spa isn’t actively in use (lower temperature setpoint, restricted heating cycles). Essential for households focused on operating cost reduction. Press once to enter Economy Mode; press again to return to Standard Mode.

Q: What is the Filter button for? A: The dedicated Filter button provides direct access to filtration cycle programming — set daily filter cycle start time, configure cycle duration, trigger manual on-demand filter cycles, and adjust filtration parameters. Direct one-press access without menu navigation.

Q: My spa only has 2 pumps — will the unused buttons matter? A: On a 2-pump spa, the Pump 3 button will simply have no function. However, for spas with fewer pumps, the 8-button TSC-8 (0200-007194) is more cost-effective and avoids unused buttons. Choose the TSC-8-10K only if you have a 3-pump spa or specifically want the extra dedicated Economy button.

Q: What is the cutout size? A: The standard cutout for the TSC-8-10K is 157 × 65 mm (6-3/16″ × 2-9/16″). If your spa shell has a different cutout, the Gecko universal adapter plate 9917-102122 is compatible with the TSC-4, TSC-8, TSC-19, and TSC-35 keypad family.

Q: Will this work with my Balboa spa pack? A: No — the TSC-8-10K is strictly for Gecko M-CLASS spa packs. Balboa systems use different connectors (RJ45 for VS/GS, Molex for BP/EL/GL) and different communication protocols.

Q: How long is the cable? A: The cable is 10 feet (3 meters) long with an 8-pin JST plug — adequate for typical spa cabinet routing.

Q: Can I install this myself? A: Yes — basic DIY installation is straightforward:

1. The 8-pin JST connector only fits one way
2. The overlay is included and self-adhesive
3. Step-by-step instructions are documented in the Gecko M-CLASS documentation

The hardest part is safely shutting off power at the GFCI breaker.

Q: Will this work with my 120V or 240V spa? A: Yes — the keypad runs on low-voltage signal from the spa pack, so it works regardless of whether your Gecko M-CLASS spa pack is wired for 115V or 230V service.

Q: What warranty is included? A: This part is covered by the Gecko Alliance manufacturer warranty. Topside controls are not returnable once opened or installed.

Q: Do you ship across the US? A: Yes — Parts4Tubs ships to all 50 states with fast US delivery.

Compatible with Gecko M-CLASS circuit boards 0201-300045, 0201-300014, and 3-74-7036. Used as a direct aftermarket replacement for proprietary Barefoot/Hawkeye Spas K-16 (3-00-7208) topside controls, plus compatibility with Astrel Easy Nova, Easy Mini, and Mini Plus spa systems and generic Spa Builders 10-button control panels. Important: This is NOT a modern Gecko in.Link keypad — it’s the older M-CLASS architecture with 8-pin JST connector. For 2-pump configurations, use the more affordable TSC-8 (0200-007194) sibling. For different-layout 10-button 3-pump M-CLASS keypads (with Clock instead of On/Off), see TSC-4-10K (0201-007044). NOT compatible with modern Gecko in.Link Y-Series or X-Series, Gecko SSPA, Gecko MSPA-MP, Gecko S-CLASS, Balboa, HydroQuip, ACC, or other non-M-CLASS control systems. What is a Hot Tub Keypad Overlay?

A hot tub keypad overlay, also known as a spa control panel overlay, is a protective and decorative component used in hot tubs and spas. It typically consists of a thin, clear or colored piece of material, often made of durable plastic or silicone, that is designed to cover and protect the control panel or keypad of the hot tub.

Here's what a hot tub keypad overlay does:

1. Protection: The overlay acts as a protective barrier for the underlying control panel or keypad. It shields the sensitive electronics and buttons from exposure to water, chemicals, UV rays, and physical damage, such as scratches or abrasions. This helps extend the lifespan of the control panel.

2. Enhancement: Many overlays are designed with labels, graphics, and button outlines that enhance the appearance of the control panel. They often include icons or text that provide clear instructions for operating the hot tub, making it user-friendly, especially for those who may not be familiar with the hot tub's functions.

3. Customization: Hot tub keypad overlays can be customized to match the branding or style of the hot tub manufacturer. They may feature the manufacturer's logo, model name, or specific design elements. Some hot tub owners choose to customize overlays to add a personal touch to their spa.

4. Ease of Cleaning: The overlay is easier to clean and maintain than the underlying control panel. Spills, dirt, or chemical residues that come into contact with the overlay can be wiped away without affecting the control panel's functionality.

5. Replacement: Over time, keypad overlays may wear out or become damaged due to exposure to harsh spa conditions. Fortunately, they are relatively easy and cost-effective to replace when needed, allowing you to refresh the appearance of your hot tub's control panel.

When replacing a hot tub keypad overlay, it's essential to choose one that is compatible with your hot tub's make and model to ensure that the button layout and functions match the original control panel. This compatibility ensures that the overlay fits correctly and accurately represents the hot tub's settings.

In summary, a hot tub keypad overlay serves as a protective, decorative, and informative layer for the control panel, enhancing the user experience and prolonging the life of the hot tub's control system.

How do you replace a hot tub keypad overlay?

Replacing a hot tub keypad overlay is generally a straightforward process that can be done with some basic tools and careful attention. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to replace a hot tub keypad overlay:

Tools and Materials Needed:

• New keypad overlay (ensure it's compatible with your hot tub model)
• Screwdriver (usually a Phillips-head)
• Mild cleaner or rubbing alcohol
• Soft cloth or paper towels

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Turn Off Power: Start by turning off the power to your hot tub. This is essential for safety reasons.

2. Access the Control Panel: Depending on your hot tub's design, you may need to remove a cover or panel to access the control panel. Use a screwdriver to remove any screws or fasteners holding the cover in place.

3. Remove the Old Overlay: Carefully peel off the old keypad overlay. Begin at one corner and gently lift it away from the control panel. Take your time and be cautious not to damage the control panel or its components.

4. Clean the Control Panel: After removing the old overlay, use a soft cloth or paper towel and a mild cleaner or rubbing alcohol to clean the control panel's surface. This step ensures that the new overlay adheres properly and looks clean.

5. Prepare the New Overlay: Ensure that the new hot tub keypad overlay is clean and free of any dust or debris. If the new overlay has an adhesive backing, remove the protective film to expose the adhesive.

6. Align and Apply the New Overlay: Carefully align the new overlay with the control panel. Make sure it matches the button layout and design of the control panel. Begin by aligning one corner and gradually press the overlay onto the control panel's surface, working your way across. Smooth out the overlay to prevent air bubbles or wrinkles.

7. Secure the Control Panel Cover: If you had to remove a cover or panel to access the control panel, reattach it using the screws or fasteners you removed earlier.

8. Turn On Power: Once the new overlay is securely in place, and the control panel cover is reattached, turn the power back on at the main circuit breaker.

9. Test the Keypad: Test the keypad buttons to ensure they function correctly. Press each button to verify that it corresponds to the correct function on the hot tub.

10. Final Cleaning: After installation and testing, wipe down the new overlay with a clean, dry cloth to remove any fingerprints or residue.

You've now successfully replaced your hot tub's keypad overlay. Make sure to use a compatible overlay, and exercise caution during the replacement process to avoid damaging the control panel.
